Nessie Gann, DVM

Dr. Gann grew up in Taiwan and moved to San Francisco at the age of 13. She obtained her Bachelor of Animal Science degree from UC Davis in 2016 and graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. After spending a good amount of time in Northern California, she decided to move to Southern California amidst the pandemic for a change of scenery. She has grown quite fond of the food and culture here and cannot wait to meet the Redondo Beach community.

Besides seeing cats and dogs, Dr. Gann is very passionate about rabbit/small mammal medicine. She was the president of the Avian Exotic Medicine Club during her time at UC Davis and worked extensively with rabbit clinics prior to joining the Family Clinic of Redondo Beach. She is also Fear-Free Certified and takes pride in providing the best clinical experience for both the clients and the patients. 

In her spare time, she loves to train and go rock climbing. She is also a self-proclaimed foodie and always welcomes good food recommendations!
